Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: Delivery times vary based on the carrier selected.

Please note that shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping option you choose.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. It's Diesel is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at itsdiesel23@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
