We want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't right, please review our return policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Items that have been used, assembled, or show signs of wear
• Items returned without original packaging
• Items damaged due to misuse

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at itsdiesel23@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send the item.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at itsdiesel23@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at itsdiesel23@gmail.com.
